ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Craig Vickers - State Farm Agent, you’ll help protect what families value most by marketing and advising on financial products that manage everyday risks. You’ll take a consultative, customer-first approach—building trust through meaningful conversations, educating clients on their options, and recommending solutions aligned with their goals. Your professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for client wellbeing will strengthen relationships and support a thriving agency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Meet with customers and families to understand their financial needs, goals, and long-term planning priorities
  • Consult families specifically on life insurance needs—helping them evaluate coverage, beneficiaries, and future protection strategies
  • Provide guidance on financial planning and investment options based on client circumstances
  • Support customers with ongoing portfolio conversations, including asset allocation and product fit
  • Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate next steps as needs evolve
  • Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations and agency procedures
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services (preferred/required—adjust as needed)
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and communicate clearly
  • High integrity and a client-first mindset focused on care, accuracy, and doing what’s right
  • Analytical thinking and confidence in explaining recommendations and next steps
LICENSES & REGISTRATION

  • Life & Health License Required
  • FINRA Series 6 and 65 licenses preferred
COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

This position offers a base salary plus commissions based on your ability to serve clients and produce results. We expect your role to be highly driven and relationship-focused—so if you’re performing at a level where you’re consistently only earning the base salary, it likely isn’t aligned with the success expectations of the position.
Compensation $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
