RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Execute onboarding process for new customers
- Engage in discovery conversations with customers for all interactions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licensed in P&C, L&H
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $55,000.00 per year
